Sex Coach / Queer & Kinky Activist

Who am I?

My name is Constanza Colombo, but everyone calls me CoCo. I'm a sex-positive queer activist on the path to becoming a certified sex coach. I graduated with a BA in International Affairs in Venezuela, and have a background in IT and telecommunication businesses, as well as innovative projects around environment and product development between Venezuela, Argentina, and Portugal.I have been discovering my sexuality and the power of healing through pain/pleasure practices since I moved from Argentina to Portugal in 2021.I offer short-term goal-oriented sexual coaching (not sexual therapy). I'm also available for presentations, workshops, and consultations. I speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

My sex-positive Path

I got tired of using apps like Tinder and Bumble, and starting to explore more kinky and open-minded communities this help me to get out of the closet as

I founded F* Talks Lisbon with my friend Ritar Pater, a space that encourages people to explore pleasure in their bodies, who they want to be, and how they want to feel, free of judgment and taboo.

In Lisbon, I attended my first queer temple and workshop about how to be an ethical kinkster, play with Shibari, and explore your genitals. My first Pride march
In Berlin, I also participated in the Liquid Love queer edition and the Pinky Promise Party, the Vulva Power Free the Nipples Ride across Berlin.

What I do

Sex coaching is goal-oriented collaboration. We meet for 1-5 times to discuss matters related to sex and sexuality without starting a therapeutic process. You can come solo, partnered or with your polycule.Sex coaching can be for you if:- You want to get more information about your sexuality or sex and sexuality in general.- You want someone to talk about your sexuality without fear of judgement or stigma.- You want advice on specific situations or questions.I’m not a therapist.
I focus on what’s alive in you right now, your questions, curiosity, and challenges.
Whether you want to explore some kink, non-monogamy, fantasies, or just want to feel more at home in your body, I’m here to guide you with empathy, creativity, and zero judgment.
Let’s make pleasure more joyful together!- Sexual counseling is based on talking. I might suggest solo or partnered touch based exercises to do at home. There is no sexual touch between the counselor and client. Discussions are always confidential -

5 Key Differences Between Sex Therapy and Sex Coaching.

1. Healing vs Growth- Sex therapy helps you unpack deeper issues—like trauma, anxiety, or relationship struggles—that may be blocking intimacy or pleasure.- Sex coaching is more future-focused: building confidence, exploring desires, and creating the sex life you want.2. Mental Health Support- Therapists are trained to support mental health, so they can work with conditions like depression, PTSD, or sexual dysfunctions that need clinical care.- Coaches don’t diagnose or treat—our focus is on personal growth, learning new skills, and celebrating your sexuality.3. Style of Work- In therapy, the focus is on listening, understanding, and gently exploring your past and feelings.- In coaching, it’s more active and collaborative—you’ll get exercises, experiments, and accountability to try things out.4. Training & Background- Sex therapists usually have formal qualifications in psychology, counselling, or psychotherapy.- Sex coaches come from different trainings and backgrounds—often with a mix of education, workshops, and lived experience—but not usually medical or clinical.5. Structure- Therapy can be open-ended, going wherever your healing takes you.- Coaching is more structured: setting clear goals, trying new approaches, and checking in on progress.
